Strange event back in May.... Be an interesting Air New Zealand report to read on crew management, or lack thereof. I would have thought aircrew would have had a better form of communication to signal their return to cockpit..Maybe Captain just a tad $%^& off at FO incident.

By the sounds of it the Captain is a psychopath and has no business being in command of an aircraft.

Fancy letting something so trivial get in the way of being nothing short of an absolute professional at the controls of a commercial airliner.

I can understand his passion for setting the bar high as far as on-time performance goes, but to let your standards drop so far and cause a scene over a relatively short delay caused by a safety related matter is utterly unprofessional.

Dave you have a right to your opinion, but rather than criticise my view on the subject, how about adding some purpose to your own post by giving us your thoughts on the subject.
