Does the Mound still have lights?

I swung past the Mound last night and was a bit surprised to see there were no lights on in the evening. I was there last Tuesday as well, and no lights. Anyone know if it's an ongoing thing? Did someone forget to pay the electricity bill?

There's a bit of civil work happening in that part of the world, so the lights on the Mound itself may have been isolated for a short time. I may be wrong, and if so I'll be happy to be corrected.

I remember "The Mound" without the lights, however you need a little help from Photoshop these days ....
