Michael, I am not aware that these 4 VIP jets have a related purpose for being in Sydney.

My understanding is:
The Four Season's 757 was part of an Around The World tour.
The Indian A319 came for some of the ICC World Cup matches as its owned by Reliance Industries & they are a sponsor.
