Etihad to begin A380 services tomorrow (01/06/15). Arriving in Sydney as EY454 from Abu Dhabi at 5:55PM (17:55) and departing as EY455 at 9:25PM (21:25). Registration yet to be disclosed.

CC-BBI 787-8 is operating LAN801 today, so will make her 1st visits to AKL and SYD tomorrow.

Solomons Airlines also make their first appearance in many years in Sydney tomorrow, arriving around 1830 as flight IE710. They'll overnight then depart as IE711 at 0930 for Honiara on Tuesday.

I think A6-APA will have the honours of operating the first service. A6-APC was delivered yesterday to EY and looks to have been towed to a maintenance hangar.

As per Stefan's Post in the other "Noteworthy Movements Thread" EY's A340's will still be operating to YSSY on Sat (EY454/EY455) until the end of June and from the 2nd of August it'll operate on Mondays (EY450/EY451).

On a side note A6-EHJ operated the last EY A340 service this afternoon. That brings an end to A340 commercial operations at YSSY. Only SA will remain as the sole A340 operator to Australia (WA).

Looks like a340 a6-ehl is on it's way as ey450. One last blast!

It's due to OQD been unserviceable at LAX. There have been several issues due to this, QF21 has had two overnight delays in a row, and QF7 has had two substantial delays, the second of which is tonight as it was waiting for OQI to ferry in. Tomorrow mornings QF12 has been cancelled.
