Rooms brilliant, best bed I have ever slept in. However, I am having GREAT difficulty in sorting out the bill. One part of the Hotel is acknowledging my existence on social media but they are not responding to my email enquiries which is getting my nose further and further out of joint. I won't share further until I get a response.

Hi Kim

I took advantage of the Spotters' Package back in April and had a brilliant view from Room 827 and I look forward to more visits in the future.

But like you I had trouble with my Bill which was sorted out with correct charges being applied after some discussion.

The only criticism that I have of the hotel is the design of the bathrooms, the times I have stayed there it has been by myself so not an issue, but if you're staying with someone who you aren't overly comfortable with, beware, the bathroom doesn't have a door as such!
