Qatar Airways has confirmed a March 1 2016 launch of its new Sydney-Doha route a week after the Australian and Qatari governments approved an increase in available capacity between the two countries.

noted Qatar from Doha to Canberra cancelled Sun 17 Nov and today made it to Syd from Doha but onward cancelled and no return this evening from Syd

QR907 departed close to time at 16:48 today. The Canberra legs were cancelled but not sure why or whether it is related to yesterday's cancellation from to Doha. All four legs are scheduled on Sydney Airport arrivals and departures for tomorrow and QR906 left Qatar Hamad airport an hour and a half ago on its way.
