A SINGAPORE airlines Boeing 747 from Sydney was forced to make an unexpected stopover in Bali, after methane gas from the 2186 sheep on-board set off the fire alarm.

Paul, This was the new 30 abreast seating configuration - very cosy.

I believe the in-flight movie was "The Silence of The Lambs".

Seems like an expensive way to move sheep.

Goats (Shep's favourite) and cattle are regularly sent by freighters. I haven't seen many sheep shipments, but I guess there's a legitimate reason....
