View Full Version : ADF Selling off PC-9/A & S-70B-2 (later)

Since replacing the S-70B as well as the new PC-21 the ADF is selling off the respective fleets.

Listed as being “available now” are up to 63 Pilatus PC-9/A training aircraft, and up to 16 S-70B-2 Seahawk helicopters (spares only).

Seahawks are expected to go later.

One owner, only used on Sundays, low mileage, any potential fleet buyer (country) is welcome to put in a bid..

Cunning plan.......unfortunately I have been reliably informed most are approaching max airframe life limits, and CASA are a bit fussy about fatigue.
Missed out on the CT4 bargains so was keen to look at a PC9, cest la vie.

Having said that I often enjoy going past Eagle Farm and seeing what they have available ex army, Bushmasters could be fun, and it was only recently they finally emptied the shed full of hueys!
