Arsenal FC's football team is in the air, enroute to Australia, obviously to land in Sydney via their specially logo'd Emirates 777 early tomorrow morning.
Is anyone aware of their departure plans, following the second match on Saturday night against the Wanderers? I am guessing some time daylight hours on the Sunday, enroute then to China for another two matches.
Any heads up would be appreciated. Cheers John

Hey John,
Apparently the aircraft is scheduled to return to DXB operating a normal(extra) pax flight on Wednesday night at 8pm.

Thanks Tim. Sorry for the delay. I suspected that it would "do some work" in the meantime while Arsenal are in Sydney, but hoping they may leave in daylight to China on Sunday. ;-)

Well, I see Arsenal football team arrived in Shanghai this morning. So I guess their logo jet was in Sydney yesterday sometime. I checked the GA and new hardstand, but nothing. Any ideas when it arrived-departed?

A6-EWJ never came back to Sydney John, they must have used another aircraft.

Looks like another special ops bird headed south, N347EF Callsign MAGMAA01 is currently enroute. 973091 never made it south past BNE last week, flying ROB-BNE then GLT after dark next day.

I was going to say much the same thing - MU562 SYD-PVG was operated by a 77W on both Saturday 15/7 and Sunday 16/7.
