Evening All,

There's some good and bad news... first the good news...

It's official, Cathay Pacific is introducing 4 extra nonstop HKG-BNE-HKG services in October. A late night departure from BNE will allow for an early morning arrival into Hong Kong. Schedule for the new service is as follows:

CX156 BNE/HKG 00.50/07.30 330 S/M/W/F
CX157 HKG/BNE 12.35/23.20 330 S/T/T/S

Now comes the bad news... here's me getting my hopes up thinking that the extra services would be flown by 3-class 333s or the 33Bs - noooo... there goes that idea. According to EF, services will be operated by everyone's favourite CX aircraft  - the regional-configured A330-300s.

Well I can't complain, CX are increasing services.. just a shame they couldn't have at least introduced some sort of lie-flat J seat to BNE.

Cheers
