Looks like Viktor Vekselberg has decided to spend nye in Sydney given his super yacht is moored of point piper.

I took a friend to the international terminal this morning and have never seen so many aircraft parked at the Kilo apron, all corporate, if the A319 is corporate. It finally gelled that they are all here for Sydney's legendary New Year's Eve fireworks. A great sight.

The A319 belongs to Viktor, he also has a Glex when he doesn’t have shopping in mind. His boat is very impressive, caught it in Auckland in August.

There were 8 Corporate Jets on the KILO Apron, plus the JetGo Embraer (I count the A319 as Corporate).

On the DOM 5 Apron there was probably 12 Corporate Jets this morning.
