Boeing 737 ‑377(QC) 23662 1316 G-CELY Jet2 ferried 23mar20 LBA-EGBP, for part-out & scrap ex N662DG
A little bit of history ended today when Jet2 retired the the last of the ex-Ansett B733.
Ex. VH-CZJ was purchased by the Dart Group/Channel Express/Jet2 in 2003.
Jet2 operated around 15 ex. Ansett B733

The only Ansett 737 I know I have travelled on, back when I came to visit Australia for the first time. Long before I thought to keep track of which particular aircraft I travelled on, I happened to snap a picture of her as she arrived at the gate for my flight.

They retired their last AN 733 but there is at least one still flying, having also flown for QF and Jetconnect as well, the former VH-CZU
