Expected to be completed around 2030 for the Olympics in 2032.

Will most likely be both Domestic and International.

As you can see from this picture there is plenty more space for expansion in the SW sector and also another terminal between the Domestic and International terminals called the Central terminal can also be built if needed.

An interesting extension of the terminal over the access road, Lloyd. Will the 19L spotting location at the end of Acacia Street still exist after the new terminal is built?

Yes James it still will .The tunnel will go under the concourse by the looks of it.
They have to have access to the GA and the new aeromedical facility which you can see on the north west side of the GA Apron.

A bit scaled back from the 2014 Master Plan that had the terminal extending right around to the new runway along with a monorail to connect them all. I seem to recall some earlier Master Plans included extending the current domestic terminal into a full horseshoe shape and becoming a combined intl/domestic terminal, with the current ITB becoming a logistics terminal.
