A Delta Air Lines flight carrying 80 people has crashed while landing at Canada's busiest airport, in Toronto.

The plane could be seen upside down after the incident, in which multiple people were injured, including some critically.

Reminds me of China Airlines 642 and FedEx 14 (both involving MD-11s)

Human nature is an odd thing.

When you look at people evacuating a crashed plane and taking their hand luggage always mystifies.

In yesterdays crash:

* You survive an air crash and end up handing upside down from your seat belt
* The aircraft is upside down and as you unbuckle you fall onto the overhead lockers (now on the floor)
* Drag out of the locker your bag (size of another pax)
* Whilst this happening
* A queue forms behind with other PAX trying to escape
* Fire could break out at any second
* Crew are screaming to "Get-out" and "Leave-it"
*You evacuate the plane with your precious hand luggage

What could you have in your luggage (legal or illegal) that is worth your and other passengers lives ?
