Haven't seen any previous threads on Air Mauritius but i haven't had any Acars or Mode-s/ADS-B hits for the past 2 weeks.

Are they by-passing Sydney on their tuesday flights?

Peter,

Air Mauritus ended their Sydney flights at the end of August. They still fly to Melbourne on Tuesday's using the same flight number MK 942/943.

Air Mauritius will be operating seasonal flights to Sydney on Tuesday and Thursday from 16/12/08 to 27/1/09. The Thursday flight is seasonal to both Sydney and Melbourne and the Tuesday flight is being routed through Sydney during this peak period. Same flight numbers with a 6:20 am arrival and a 7:50am departure.

Air Mauritius is operating service to Sydney for a limited time from 15DEC08 to 26JAN09. The airline has suspended service to Sydney in September as the airline was consolidating its service in Australia.

From what I can gather, today's flight may have just been a charter. I can't find any info to suggest they will be back before the Dec 15 date.

Eveing all,

Air mauritius begin their seasonal flights MAU-SYD-MEL-MAu tomorrow. The flight is due to land in Sydney at around 0600 tomorrow morning.
