Qantas 767 touch and go on Monday?

While taxiing to 34R on Monday morning (DJ830) I noticed a Qantas 767 that appeared to do a touch and go on 34R, or otherwise would have a very short takeoff roll.

Looked very spectacular from that angle.

Does anyone here know more?
