just watching the Today show and its showing live from SFO, the first A380 arrives/d there today, yesterday in SF.

Just a quick addition, it's the first revenue flight for the A380 to SFO, as Airbus have taken their A380 over to San Fran during its 'World Tour' in 2007. I just did a quick google search, and it seems as though San Fran' residents have been given an open invitation to walkabout the QF A380.

To launch G'Day USA 2009, and officially welcome San Francisco as the third U.S. city in the program, Qantas Airways today brought the new A380 aircraft to San Francisco International Airport (SFO) from Sydney, Australia. In partnership with Tourism Australia and Tourism New South Wales, San Franciscans were invited to "Come Walkabout" on the Qantas A380 and enjoy special Australian festivities at the gate.
