Hey All,

Just wondering if anyone has any info on how to reserve 80A or 80K this Friday for QF11, their sales staff advise it is not possible to reserve in advance.

Does anyone also have any idea on how full the flight is and if there is any upgrade possibilities (i.e. heavily booked economy). Any help would be great!

Thanks,
Hakan

Please refrain from requoting the whole text from the previous post in your post. It is really not necessary, thank you - mod

Qantas pre allocates seats for their gold and platinum FF's but not normally to others unless they are travelling with someone who is gold or platinum.

As for upgrades on full flights, again upgrades generally go to their platinums and golds first. I would think if you don't have that status your chances of being upgraded are slim indeed.

Economy and premium economy are very full... business is nearly full but First is still quite empty (even A class is available!).

Hi Hakan, only 7 seats left in y class, 2 in py class. so in order for you to get those seats are very slim. you can always request on check in, i like them myself, very roomy. if i was on that flight i certainly would ve come up with a surprise for you in flight. Safe travel.

Thanks Guys for all the answers, unfortunantly i have no status, I'm going to try and work up the nerve for some serious sweet talking at check-in to try and get a good seat, still holding out hope!
