This one will go streight to the "At least I saw it" collum. ISO 800 and 1/10th doesnt really work for me.
Number 1 is where it is now and Number 2 is when it was taxiing about to shut then engines down and get pushed back into parking. Soooo loud :D Pics from the mound were useless

LOL. Tim, doubt never once slipped into my mind that you wouldn't get a shot of it! And none of this pretty awful stuff, its an MD-11, you can't make it look bad if you tried!!! But ill be waiting for the photos to be posted here!!!;)
Oh just realised the photos are already here! Not all that bad though! I think they could get some more people in yellow jackets onto the stair cases though.

OK, enough joviality - back to the serious stuff - Does anyone know when this aircraft is departing or has it already gone?

YEAH! Back on topic:D
One of the tugs must have wanted to take it for a drive becuase its no longer at GA. It has been moved slightly to the west and now at DHL(facing north). Dont quote me on it, but all her lights were on and had some staircases against her.

I think you'll find it was being refuelled on Bay 93. There are no hydrants available on Dom-6, and if the upload required was large then they generally wouldn't tanker it there.

Stephen Smith has become the first Australian foreign minister to visit Saudi Arabia since 2003.
Mr Smith met with King Abdullah, Second Deputy Prime Minister Prince Naif and his Saudi Arabian counterpart Prince Saud Al-Faisal.
The delegations from Australia and Saudi Arabia discussed trade, education links and counter-terrorism.
Mr Smith said he would meet with Saudi Arabia's Commerce Minister Zainal Alireza on Tuesday to discuss negotiations towards a free-trade agreement between Australia and the Gulf Cooperation Council, made up of six Persian Gulf nations.
The Arab states of the Persian Gulf are major customers of Australian-made cars, buying almost 40 per cent of vehicle exports in 2008.
guess was here to pick up Saudi Ambassador etc
