Advice please

Am flying from Las Vegas to Washington DC in mid July with the family. Would rather not fly into Dulles as it's too far out of town.

Would also rather not have to stop en route. Have checked out the majors plus a few of the smaller carriers such as Air Tran and JetBlue but no luck so far. Can anyone point me in the direction of an airline that flies direct LAS-DCA (Washington Reagan)?
