G'Day Everyone,
Was over at Tulla doing some spotting this arvo when the following happened.
QF 767-300 VH-ZXA was at holding point Kilo RWY34 for approx 5 mins, It then called the tower and said that they need to return to the gate. Just wondering if any of the Melbourne members of this forum know the reason for it going back to the gate, there was no mention of a reason that i heard on my scanner. The flight was QF777 and they were returning to gate C7.
As a side note Air Pacific 737-700 DQ-FJF was sitting outside the JH hangars with the engineers hooking it up to the GPU for those that are interested.
I have attached two photos, one of the Qantas 767 taxiing down RWY34 heading back to the gate and the other of the Air Pacific 737 at JH.
