Was spending an hour before work watching takeoffs and landings from the beach and watched SQ233 land and go the full length on 16R, followed closely after by 2 SACL safety vehicles down the runway.
Anyone know anything more on this one? Hydraulic leak?

Departing Singapore they believed they may have damaged a tyre and an inspection there found rubber on the runway, so they got off at Alpha-5 as a precaution.
The safety cars were inspecting for any possible rubber pieces which may have come off on landing; thankfully there were none and all tyres apparently appeared to be in one piece and inflated. I don't know the outcome of the engineers inspection of the aircraft when it got on bay.
