Rego Request SQ 231

I am going to take the SQ231 service on 24th July at 00.25

I heard about SQ is going to put the newly refitted cabin B773 onto this service hence I would like to know the rego for this and whether it will be fitted with new cabin.

This flight report with photos will be put on the Flying board later this month and thank you very much for your answer!

9V-SYF operated todays SQ231/232 so you could be in luck!

9V-SYF will probably be in captive rotation on 231/232 until the next refurbished 773 re-enter svc.

The report with photos will be up soon with the 3rd final SQ232 B744 service on 9V-SPH as well.

Anyway, simply a preview, you will be disappointed by how SQ refurnish their planes; seriously. :mad:

I was out to get that today and I was suprised to see it in the revised colours! Thought it was a /ER until I had a good look. Hope you got some good pics and look foward to seeing the report.

You certainly are a hard man to please..

I came back on SQ231 yesterday morning, and having not flown on the refurbed 773s before, I must say I prefer the comfort and space to that of the retiring 744 fleet.

Decor was much more aesthetically pleasing to that of the 744, subtle gold tones compared to the loudish blues and purples found on the 744.

If it weren't for timings next month, I'd certainly consider taking SQ232 up and SQ231 back.
