Just before the previous board went down, someone posted an excellent list of Qantas flight number ranges, covering things such as regular schedules, positioning, maintenance, ferry and charter flights, among others. If someone could re-post that list up here, I'd be very much obliged!

Many thanks, Brenden! Looks like the QF6006 I'm operating on Tuesday morning BNE/SYD is a maintenance ferry flight then!

The list I saw posted had many more flight number ranges - 20 or 30 lines of them (some of them rather obscure). I'm sure it's an old document, but I'd love to see it if someone's able to paste it up again.

It was the allocation of East/West, North/South flights etc, to help those who have it.

I think you'll find the International flight numbers are 1-399.

Also Domestically 400-1099 ????

I know there is a daily QFA1019 Sydney to Hobart.

Also the Q Link flight numbers go into the 2000's.

Maybe a QF person can confirm.??

Yep, I am 99% certain that QF400 is a MEL/SYD service.

All our 717 flights are 1800 1900 I think..... Better pay some attention next time I am at work.

Ask the ops ctrl guys/gals on QCC/3 next time your there Will, they'll be able to give you a detailed list.

Sounds like a good excuse for a max rate of climb take off then...:cool:

QF1-399 Qantas International flights

QF1600 and above, QantasLink flights
QF5xxx Qantas codeshare on Jetstar

EA1451 and the SSQ flights are also QFLink to and from CB. So maybe 1400+?
