Hi everyone,

For an assignment I am looking for data on the performance of the Piper Seminole. Would any of you know the following information, roughly:

- Take off: RPM, MAP, rotation speed
- Climb (best rate): RPM, MAP, speed
- Cruise (75%, 65%, 55%): RPM, MAP, speed

Thanks in advance!
Ed

G'day Ed,

Here goes:

Take Off - RPM 2700, MAP Full throttle (the MAP will vary depending on density altitude, etc), rotation speed 75KIAS

Climb - RPM 2500, MAP 25inches, Climb speed (best rate of climb) 88KIAS

Cruise - 75% 2200 to 2400RPM, MAP between 23 and 26 inches, speed will vary depending on the pressure altitude and the outside air temperature.

- 65% 2100 to 2400RPM, MAP between 20 and 24 inches, speed as above.

- 55% 2100 to 2400RPM, MAP between 17 and 22 inches, speed as above.

Hope that helps! ;)

You'll have to go solo sooner or later, ET!

Thanks Chris! 100% what I was looking for.

Philip, later suits me :). This is just the initial data set for a multi-stage problem. I had planned to collect this data at my flying school when I was due to fly yesterday but my flight was cancelled. Again.
