Just saw an Omega 707 at Williamtown. Apparently arrived Sunday with some hornets. Don't know how long it is here for.

I had a brief 'hit' on Sunday around 2:10pm and two sessions today at 09:10 and 11:47 each one was about 6 mins so it must of performed a couple of flights close to Richmond I would say.
Registration is N707MQ (B707-368C) an ex Saudi kite which is interesting as the RAAF did purchase 3 ex Saudi 707's one of which was A20-103 which unfortunately crashed near East Sale on 29 Oct 1991 (at 11:48) with the loss of 5 RAAF personnel.
As usual, a commemaritive service will be held at the Richmond RAAF base this Thursday at 11:40.
How time flies.

I saw four hornets arrive about 1-2ish on Sunday, so that must have been part of them. I take it the Omega is tanking?
