KC-135Q on PP

There is currently a KC-135Q appearing in the Brisbane area at the moment on PP.

Rego 58-0069, PISTON11 is its callsign. From Macdill AFB.

Anyone know any more on this a/c (ie did it bring anything, routing)

A second one just came up, PISTON12 61-0305
58-0069 is now a KC-135T as the need for the 135Q is, as ChrisD pointed out, sadly no longer needed!

Hard to believe 0069 has been pumping fuel to the fleet for over half a century and her baby sister 61-0305( a KC-135R) for a mere 47 years.

On SBS at the moment is KC-135R (61-0305) at FL280. There were 2 up in QLD last week so looks like one is nearby.

I picked up a new KC-135 today in Brisbane on pp. 63-7997 from Macdil AFB again, presumably another one on deployment to Guam for ECADEX 09.
