VH-OGA is due to depart to KVDV on Sunday (22Nov) for storage - not sure on times but I think it is around 1300.

Farewell City Of Whyalla still remember when she was delivered back in 1988 as it made the front page of the local Whyalla News that QF has named an aircraft after the city, 21 years faithful service to QF:)

Saw VH-OGA in the hangar at Sydney Airport today as I transited between international and domestic.

OGD went direct so OGA will most likely do the same

Yes, it's YSSY-KVCV, non-stop.

wow I didn't think the 763 had the legs......

It's funny that if both aircraft are operated as scheduled, OGA will depart only a few hours before EBMs arrival. Out with the old, in with the new....

According to the SYD airport site, EBM will now arrive 1915 wednesday

I think we forget about the range of the 763. It will make the journey easily - the 762's had to stop in HNL.

I flew on OGA exactly one year ago today....little did I know where it would be flying a year later :(

I saw it depart but like OGD's departure, the gloomy cloud was not great for anyone getting photos.
