NZ123 AKL-MEL Delay 17/12/2009

Hi,

I had a family member on NZ123 AKL-MEL - 17th December 2009.

Curious as to what the reason was for the 2 hours + delay

Also the rego of this aircraft as well :)

Was originally ZK-OKD (B777) but due engineering, aircraft swap to ZK-SUH (B744)

was doing some spotting over at MEL today and noticed an ANZ 772 land and about 2 mins later it was followed by an ANZ 744 so that must have been SUH

Arrgghh - An aircraft swap as well.

At least the product in the same on both the 777 and 744.

Hmmmmmmm normally it's A320, A320 and a 777 or 744 on days where there are three flights.
