Attaching photo's that now do not show

Admin,
I recently created a trip report & wanted to add some photos.
I uploaded the photos onto Flickr & attached them to the post by clicking on the "insert image" button whilst making the post. It asked to enter the URL which I did & now the image doesn't show.
Do you know why this is happening??? Your help is much appreciated

Jayden,

you must go to the photo in flickr, click "all sizes" and then use the url there.

eg for one of my photo's;

http://www.flickr.com/photos/32601361@N07/4123387477/sizes/l/in/set-72157622727325571/

then choose the size, and down the bottom it says

"2. Grab the photo's URL:"

In that box is what you must use.

so if i do that here,

http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2565/4123387477_04974eb310_b.jpg

it works fine! :)

Hi Jaiden,
I'm not from admin so forgive me if I'm wrong, but I'm guessing you put the link to the page with the photo on it, rather than the photo itself (the first time I was uploading pics I did the exact same thing). To get the photo link right-click on the photo and select "View Photo", then copy the URL from there.
