Man steals plane and crashes into Tax building

Just seen on the news that someone with a dispute with the Taxation dept (IRS?) set fire to his house, stole a plane and crashed it into the tax building somewhere in Texas.

Fears of another 9/11 saw f-16's scrambled.

Story still unfolding but appears most of the occupants were warned and evacuated the building.

No news of what happened to the pilot at this stage.
