I was wondering does the observation deck close? or is it 24 hours?

Not sure, but my guess would be no access before 0500 or after 2300, as the curfew restricts operations the terminal would be pretty well, if not completely, shut down.

I've never been there early morning, but we have been (very politely) kicked out by security around 10:30-11pm - they actually came up a bit before to let us know it would be closing shortly then returned to lock up.

Open around 6-6:30am.
The lift is a different matter anytime from 6 to 7:30am!
