Help Required: Sydney 1997

Hi All,

I've only been spotting a couple of years now but remember a visit to Sydney in Nov 1997 and have details of the flights I took. Does anyone have records going back that far who can help with aircraft ID's for the following?

Singapore B747 flight SQ221 dep Singapore 19:45 6/11/97 so would have arrived in Sydney on 7/11/97.

Qantas flight QF529 from Cairns to Sydney on 22/11/97

Singapore B747 flight SQ222 dep Sydney to Singapore 15:15 26/11/97

Any help would be great.
