Not sure what is happening but i see that SQ's A380 is still on the field parked. Any one know why is it broken again?

I believe this is a permanent change, and that the aircraft will depart as SQ222 each day.

If it is staying on the SQ222 that is great news. The 222 goes out at a time of the afternoon that is simply splendid for planeography!

Could almost be worth the drive down from the Central Coast this weekend to see.

It is now a permanent change - departs daily at 3pm to arrive in SIN at 9:40pm and connect with the the 11:30pm departure to LHR

Exactly where is the A380 parked? near the old control tower?

On another note, will SYD be getting just one A380 for the time being, or as more planes arrive will we see a phasing out of 744 ops completely from SYD?

The A380 and New Colours QF 744 were near the old tower today - was a good day to be driving past!

Well the new time table will allow for additional photo shoot opportunities. I w ill also have to reschedule those 9am meetings, where we would watch the take off, to latter in to day.

Lots of people ask when the big bird fly and when they can see it.

Thanks for the heads up guys

No thanks to the breakdown in the M5 as I raced to get there in time. It seemed to use a lot of the runway (personal observation). I think I'll like the new schedule.
