Customs / Immigration and Norfolk Island

Hi guys, hope someone can help me out with an answer.

My folks are arriving at back from Norfolk island into YMML on Norfolk Air. but I have a tight lunch schedule. Can you tell me if they (Aus citizens) will arrive in domestic or International (guessing the latter) and whether or not they will need to go through the whole customers / immigration gauntlet, or take the express lane?

International Terminal and they have to pass through normal aqis checks.
