Assistance with Qantas IFE program - April 2009

All,

Very long standing member, but been a heck of a long time since i posted!

Hoping someone can help me.

On 11 April last year, the Family and i were flying Qantas from Melbourne to Singapore. The comedy channel on the IFE had a standup routine by Aussie Comedian Carl Barron.

I havent laughed so hard in years!!!!. For the last few months Ive been watching Carl Barron videos on youtube etc, trying to find it, with no luck.

So, Im kinda hoping someone out there might have a copy of the Inflight Mag from that time, and might be able to look up the program to see if has any info, or perhaps even a title for the routine so i can do some more hunting for it.

Not sure if it was the same Carl Barron that I watched on QF April this year, but that was titled 'Walking down the street'.

I just checked the audio comedy channel and Carl Barron wasn't playing so it must have been a video.

If you are still stuck, just email entertainment@qantas.com.au, they would keep all the program listings.

Thanks for your reply guys. Unfortunately I cant remember if it was a video or audio piece!.....

Silly of me i know.

But it was definately Carl Barron, and definately on the date I specified. (11/04/2009)

It's definitely a video piece. I know the one you're talking about. I too have watched it on a SYD-JNB flight in May 2008 and laughed hard also. I unfortunately can't remember the name of it though.
