Unsure if any others are painted that way, but I can confirm that this is VH-SBA.
Further details from abc.net.au:
..Passenger Amy Herrmann says the plane was full but there was no panic at any stage.
"We seemed to still be going quite quick and the brake's come on quite abruptly and we just veered off to the left," she said.
"The conditions probably aren't the best at the moment. It's a bit wet out here so I'm not sure if that had a part to play with it.
"Everyone stayed really calm. The captain come (sic) over pretty quickly and said 'Everyone just be seated, everything's fine so just be patient', so everyone was really good. We were all pretty quiet."
The aircraft had 31 passengers and three crew on board.
Regional Express said there was no damage to the aircraft.

Assuming he landed on RWY 18, there is a 17 foot drop in the 2 thresholds which doesn't help things.
212 down to 195 AMSL

True.. but it's nothing they haven't encountered here before. And it wasn't that wet on the runway. My money is on a wheel lockup.
