Yes it will be.
VH-OQE and OQC were both in Los Angeles on Wednesday 19/5 (US time) and will be arriving back in Australia tomorrow (Friday 21/5).

I believe VH-OQE is now operating QF93 tomorrow, due to OQC being delayed the other day out of LHR due to the ash cloud. OQC is now arriving in LAX

Yes, it appears to definitely be VH-OQE today as per the inbound ACARS listing:
