Interesting doco on today tonight , about Qantas maintenance procedures , basically questioning whether the relationship between Qantas and CASA is too cosy , and also questions the quality of Qantas maintenance work done by SIA engineering , Question : truth , or just a disgruntled ex Qantas employee, ???? let me know what you guys think !

The first line of your post should have said it all. It's not often they look for the 'feel good' story when it comes to big businesses.....

Exactly. If the story appeared on an actual show with some creditibility, fair enough.

There are two other options . Disgruntuled current employee or union trying to flex it's muscles yet again by biting the hand that feeds them.

Usual garbage from the media. If maintenance done by SIA in Singapore is so bad why aren't SQ's aircraft dropping out of the sky all the time?

they must have run out of stories because they've returned to this issue. TT has a good habit of bashing anything foreign and re-emphasise their theme over and over again e.g. 'anything foreign is BAD'

It was more about CASA than anything else. It will be interesting to see what the court does rule though.
