In a way, this is rather depressing. If the future of air travel descends to this, then it may not be worth going anymore. The fact that this company has even thought of this concept will actually make airlines think about it, especially plebs like O'Leary. He will order them for sure. On a lighter note, check out the photo gallery in the SMH website - there are some larger Americans that simply don't fit in these seats. Not even close. If these seats are introduced, there will HAVE to be some sort of physical screening for pax, like the Harry Potter ride at Universal Studios! Many people simply won't fit in them :eek:
