In February I am flying to Tokyo for two weeks and just wanted to know a few things about my flights. I am dew to fly out on JQ 952 to Cairns which is an A321. Then Im connecting onto JQ 25 to Tokyo which is an A332. On the way back Im on JQ 26 which again is an A332 and then my flight back to SYD is JQ 16 which is also and A332. My main question is, is JQ 16 a continuation of JQ 26 or does JQ 26 turn around and go back to Japan making JQ 16 and entirely different A332.

Sorry if it is at all confusing and Thanks heaps for any replies.

JQ16 is KIX-CNS-SYD so should be a different aircraft.

You will be able to stay in the international terminal as both A330s usually park next to each other. You get off one and walk over to the departing gate of the other. The A330 that does CNS-NRT-CNS does it everyday of the week. The KIX flight only goes 4 per week the other 3 days it flys eslewhere i.e. not from CNS.
