how to Rate a thread

where is the Icon which allows a thread to be rated?

Hi Banjo,

The user 'Thread Rating' option is not enabled, and unfortunately we do not see it fit to be used on this forum at present.
Having said that, the feature was tested by Admin on Craig's recent Trip Report thread.
