Silly question probably, but I'm having trouble finding the owner of the Gulfstream 10550. I'm assuming it is one of the US armed forces, but which one?

Is it just me or did I see a Gulfstream II/III at Sydney today. I'm pretty sure it was equipped with Speys with hushkit. Had a read of the thread and didn't see anything, maybe I just missed it?
