Just a quick question thats been sitting on my mind.

Just say i own an aircraft which sits at Airport A. If i want to fly to Airport B and then tour that city etc for a couple of days, do you need to book a parking spot for the aircraft?
How does the system work?

Hope it doesn't sound to basic.

Depends on the airport. The bigger the airport (eg; SYD/MEL/BNE etc) the more likely you need to have it all arranged in advance, and no doubt the more $$ you'd be expected to pay for the privilege!

I don't know for a fact, but at major GAAP airports or regional airports, there are likely to be areas where you can probably just pull up and park. Anyone know more?

GA just pull up and Park, Normal BIG airports, thats why they have those FBO's there to organise it for you....
