There are now conflicting reports if the QF32 incident in which an off-duty pilot was getting cosy with a pax in F was on the A380 or there was a 747 substitution.
Anyone know?

Not sure of aircraft type...BUT these are things I do know:
- he is a Qantaslink pilot, not Qantas Mainline
- both he and the passenger in question were travelling in J class, (as per his Staff Travel entitlement)
- he earns nowhere near the $240,000 quoted in the original article
I can't help but think the story was released by Qantas to try and paint QF pilots in a bad light given the current industrial situation

Indeed, I am quite sure this was a media beat up
Mentioning wages, and that they were traveling in "luxurious" first class etc is just an act by someone or a company to try and paint the pilot as an overpaid worker with too many entitlements that most people don't get to enjoy!
