Scoot Airlines to Fly to Gold Coast

Hey Guys,

It is believed that an announcement will be made today that Scoot Airlines will be flying to the Gold Coast from the 12th of June 2012, expecting to bring around 2000 visitors a week which is a large amount for such a small airport, unlike you sydney siders.

I will post more as more comes to hand or a press release

Email in my inbox today launching scoot fares between Sydney/Gold Coast to Singapore from $88 excluding inaugural flight... Have been able to work a fare for $220 SYD-SIN-SYD with 15kg of luggage...

Some changed to Scoot flights to Sydney and Gold Coast.

Scoot from 29JUL14 is adjusting operations to Gold Coast and Sydney, including certain service operating as triangle flight, until 25OCT14. Planned changes as follow.
Gold Coast 5 weekly service remain unchanged (except 17AUG14 – 31AUG14 and October 2014, 4 weekly)

Sydney Reduce from 7 to 6 weekly
From 29JUL14, Scoot will operate a triangle service connecting the two cities, twice a week. This results in minor capacity reductions
