Morning all,
For Perth Spotters...
Emirates B777-300ER A6-EGO (The 1000th B777) is making its 1st visit to Perth this evening as EK420/421. This I believe will be the 1st visit of this aircraft into Australia in daylight hours.

Isn't the EK412 arriving Wednesday meant to be carrying VIP's??

EK412 , A6-EDN is currently just S of Sri Lanka so I guess a 1500 arrival time would seem about right ..

Not a noteworthy movement but it would be greatly appreciated if any spotters out and about tomorrow morning could photograph Air Canada AC34 to Vancouver.
I will be on that flight and if possible want a shot from the outside. :)
Returning on AC33 Monday 1st October if anyone wants to photograph that for me. :)
Thanks in advance.

Evening all,
I noticed this morning on Flightradar24, that SQ231 ops by 9V-SKN diverted to Melbourne.
Is there any reason why these aircraft diverted, it was strange to also see SQ231 overfly Adelaide , normally it flies well north, very rarely right over the top, then I noticed it circling around Avalon before approaching Melbourne. I thought there was something wrong with FR24, but both planefinder and flightaware showed the aircraft in the same position.
SQ222 has been delayed until 2000. It arrived into Sydney from Melbourne at 1800.
Any help would be appreciated.

Evening folks! VH-FNR in SYD tonight as noted by Peter A in the noteworthy movements only thread. Appears to have spent the day PER-LEA-DCN-ASP-SYD. According to airport's website arrived as HP1? Is this a charter?

It's a charter yes. By looking at the airports it visited you can see what it might have done..

I wasn't being hurtled down a centreline at some ridiculous speeds, so this one must be forgiven ;)

Rowan, ASP was simply fuel, similar to the PER-KGI-MEL service. And you are on the right track.
