Hi All,

I was looking forward to Malaysia Airlines sending their A380's here at the end of the month, I think Sep 26th we were supposed to see their first arrival? I'll miss their 744's though.

Anyway, I thought I'd double check and had a look on their website, the MH123 and MH141 flights for arrival on Sep 26 both appear to be 777-200ER services now and the next two days are 747-400 again.

Does anyone have any info on this? Has the A380 introduction to the KUL-SYD route been delayed?

I had taken the day off on Wed 26th to see the A380 arrival, although I've not captured a MAS 772 so maybe it's still worth a trip out :P

Cheers,

Dan

Hey Dan,

Malaysian Airlines' inaugral A380 service is November 26th. Last 744 flight is the day before.

Dan,

The Mh A380's have been pushed back until November 25th. By the looks MH123/122 will be a mxture of B744's and B772 over the next couple of months.

The B772's will become non existant in Sydney from March when they are replaced by A330-300's.

Thanks matthew & Stefan,

So I'll keep an eye out, if it's a 772 next Wednesday it'll be worth catching it anyway!

Looks like I'll have to organise a day off on Monday November 26th then if I want to catch the MAS A380 :) Thankfully that's after I get back from holidaying in Japan!

Cheers,

Dan
