Air Canada Rouge (http://www.cbc.ca/news/business/story/2012/12/18/air-canada-rouge-discount.html) will start operations in July 2013, launching with two B767s and two A319s. While not associated with the Virgin group, Air Canada Rouge is a bit of a takeoff on Virgin Blue.
