Evening all,

Emirates took delivery of A380 A6-EEK on Friday 30/8/13. It will make its 1st visit to to Melbourne tomorrow operating EK406/407.

Our Airline 737-300 VH-PNI made it's delivery flight to BNE yesterday after spending several months in MEL getting painted and maintenance done.

VT-ANN 787-8 Air India has entered service & is currently on the way to London-Heathrow. It should appear on AIC312/1 soon.

According to Skyliner, next QLink Q400 (cn 4449, C-GVRK) is on delivery from Canada. Seems like it will be VH-LQL?

C-GVRK arrived BNE yesterday am on delivery.It appears as though BNE will once again do the pre service maintenance after CBR did the last 3 or 4.

All the seats get removed and recovered, carpet replaced, unsure of the rest.

I have heard it is cheaper to get the standard upholstery and put the QF stuff in once it arrives in Australia. This is done for all Q400s

British Airways has taken delivery of their 7th Boeing 77W G-STBG which has just departed KPAE for the UK. Should be visiting Sydney soon.

Info from skyliners...

Jetstar A320 VH-VFP (http://flightaware.com/live/flight/VHVFP) has begun its delivery flight to Australia. Currently in Abu Dhabi.

Virgin Australia Regional ATR72-600 VH-VPI has also begun its delivery flight to Australia.

Singapore Airlines A330-300 9V-STW is also on its delivery flight to Singapore. Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth & Brisbane should see it some time in the near future.

Jetstar A320 VH-VFQ (http://flightaware.com/live/flight/VHVFQ) is on its way to Australia on its delivery flight. Currently on its way from Hamburg to Abu Dhabi.

Singapore Airlines is also taking delivery of B777-300ER 9V-SWU (http://flightaware.com/live/flight/9VSWU). We should see it in Australia soon.

The first of the 'new' QantasLink 717s, N406BC, began its ferry to Australia on 23 September US time. It should become VH-YQS according to the seat map on qantas.com

Has flown Cecil, FL to Billings, MT to Anchorage, AK so far as Southern Cross 1078. I can't find any further routings including where it will arrive in Oz and be prepared for service entry, though I assume either BNE (first revenue service is BNE-CBR) or CBR (easier to get 'slots' for crew training?).

Based on previous B717's deliveries I dare it would be coming to Adelaide. I guess we will find out wither Friday or Saturday when it should arrive into the country.

Next Q400, VH-LQM? Will be on it's way over in the coming weeks.
